One question people often have is what school zone will my home be in? As Loudoun continues to grow, the boundary lines often change. You can type your address into the school district website to see what schools it is currently zoned for; however, this may change!

Another question people ask is what the HOA covers and includes in each neighborhood. This is something your real estate agent can share with you, and you may wish to consider as you look for your home. If you are selling your home, this is information that can be included with your listing that may increase the desirability and therefore price of your home.

In all, it's important to choose a realtor near you who is familiar with the area in order to maximize the price you can sell your home for and help you understand the area if you are relocating or even moving to another area within your current county.

As always, you can call or text (202) 827-5069 or email maureenlandes@gmail.com. I would love to take the next step with you to sell your home or find your next one!
